SommiT is a gathering of Food and Wine professionals from within the Hospitality industry writ large.

Attendees may include restaurant professionals both service and culinary, retail sales buyers and sellers, food and wine writers and broadcasters, hoteliers, wine importers and producers and their distributors. These people all share dedication to their trades alongside a profound love for wine, food and service.

The event includes discussion and debate with international authorities in many and varied areas of hospitality.

SommiT features an experiential Wine and Food Synergy workshop developed in the US and distinctive as the only program of its kind to receive accreditation from the American Culinary Federation.

There will be tastings featuring the VIP grapes/wines of this years event: Riesling and Grenache/ Garnacha.

All forums encourage interaction throughout.
